Xander Kranenburg has made a career out of turning complex ideas into high-impact events. With 25 years of experience, he’s led productions for Adobe, Accenture, and global icons like Obama. A three-time Gouden Giraffe winner, he knows what it takes to engage audiences at the highest level.

AI is fast, powerful, and endlessly patient. But it has no instinct. No judgment. No taste. And that’s exactly where you come in.

I follow my curiosity. And it’s taken me everywhere.

The first  iPhone? I had it before anyone asked what apps were. A 3D printer? Bought one while everyone else was still Googling what it did. Apple Vision Pro? Pre-ordered it before I knew exactly what I’d use it for.

That’s not hype. That’s how I operate.

I’ve spent my entire career chasing what’s next — not for the tech, but for what it unlocks. And when I got my hands on generative AI in early 2022, I knew this one wasn’t just “next.” It was different. It felt like cheating — but in the best way. Suddenly I could create visuals beyond my skillset, design ideas faster than I could brief them, and explore concepts that used to take a team to execute. It was like discovering a creative superpower. And I haven’t looked back since.

For 25 years, I’ve been building experiences that move people. From Google to Adobe, from Liberty Global to Unity — I’ve designed and directed events that make a mark. I helped grow TNW Conference from a small tech gathering to a global phenomenon with 15,000+ attendees. I’ve created stages for TED in Qatar, the Accenture Innovation Summit, and the Amsterdam Business Forum — featuring names like Yuval Harari, Simon Sinek, Brené Brown, and yes, even President Obama.

These days, I help event professionals do what I did:
Make AI practical. Make it human. Make it work.

Together with Wytze, I run workshops, lead strategy sessions, and guide leadership teams through the real application of generative AI — without the buzzwords, without the overwhelm.

The mission?
To keep the our industry in the lead — not playing catch-up.

Because the tools will keep evolving.
But the people who know how to use them with taste, timing, and intent?
